Frustrations

It has been a few days since we updated, but we are currently without a computer. Bryan's computer died on Friday morning and a computer technician declared it dead today. We spent the weekend trying to find someone to fix the computer and retyping Bryan's lesson plans for summer camp which were on his computer. We are trying a few different things to determine if the computer is really dead. We were not impressed with the technician who declared it dead after ten minutes without even opening it up.

Other than this, our weekend was pretty low key. It was rainy again, so we spent our spare time relaxing around the house. We did not go to the fireworks Friday night because of the rain. Instead, we watched them on tv :). We started summer camp this morning. About 76 kids showed up at 8:30 for breakfast. Steph helped with the art class, and Bryan taught his first Bible lesson. We were told many times that this was the best first day of summer camp ever. It helped that we had 12 adults and 15 teen leaders. The kids were excited to be there and the discipline problems were few. After the kids left at 1, we spent the rest of the afternoon planning the skits and games for tomorrow.

Well, that is about it for now. We don't know how often we will be able to update now that Bryan's computer is out of commission. We are currently borrowing a friend's. Please pray that Bryan will get his lesson plans put together again. Also, pray that Steph will be able to find computers/internet to continue her job search.
